					<description><![CDATA[Don’t buy from them. Terrible customer service and terrible return policy. I ordered 2 counter stools. They took months to come when they got here they were too big for my space. I paid 665- each. I asked to return them, they have ridiculous return requirements and would not provide a return shipping label. They required me to return them by ups or FedEx. UPS wanted 450- each to return one and FedEx was more. I wrote to them and asked to please send a return label because they could ship much cheaper than I and then they could take the cost of shipping off of my refund. They said no. 
Terrible customer service and they make it impossible to make any returns. Don’t buy from them.]]></description>

I’ve been a loyal Jonathan Adler customer for over 10 years and have spent well over £100,000 with the brand and its resellers, including Sweet Pea &#038; Willow. Sadly, my recent experience has been incredibly disappointing.

I purchased bedroom furniture — two side tables, a bench, and a large cabinet — and within six months the side tables began cracking from the inside. They were replaced, yet the same issue happened again, and now the cabinet has cracked too.

The furniture itself is beautiful, but when you face a problem, they’re simply not interested. My complaint was made within 12 months, and I have proof, yet Jonathan Adler has refused to take responsibility.

It seems much of the furniture is made in the Far East, which may explain why replacements or fixes are difficult — but that’s not the customer’s problem, especially when spending tens of thousands of pounds on “luxury” pieces.

After months of delays and dismissive responses, I’ve spoken with my bank and will be pursuing a Section 75 claim under the Consumer Credit Act 1974. I will not be purchasing from Jonathan Adler again.]]></description>

When I attempted to return it, I was told I had to pay return shipping, which I accepted. What they failed to make clear until after the purchase is that the return address is in Bulgaria. The cost to ship it back? Over $200 — more than the item itself. Nowhere on their site is this made obvious to U.S. customers, and most buyers would assume returns could be sent to a U.S. address.

When I pointed out how misleading this is and suggested they make their return policy and location abundantly clearer, customer service became dismissive and unprofessional, even addressing me condescendingly as “dear.”]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[I order these lenses for some years, I am an old customer however the products are good but beside they got more expensive than before their delivery is very poor. It takes over a month for them to arrive and I always had problems to track them. Their customer service is non-existent or they simply ignor my requests. I kindly asked them to be delivered by a different method, they said on my last order they will take this on consideration but unfortunately they only care about the money and nothing else. I will re-consider in the future to order lenses from somewhere else. I hope this post gets approved.]]></description>

Their site makes returns sound “super easy” but in reality it’s endless emails, bribes with discount codes, and then you have to pay to ship it all the way back to Bulgaria even though mine came from Oregon. After weeks of emailing back/forth, sending pics showing the item hadn’t been worn, kindly putting up with their shady tactics, they  offered store credit. I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card company.]]></description>

They also kept changing the terms on what bag sizes were available and the delivery lead time. After going back to my bosses and clients and going through another round of discussions, they reluctantly agreed to the new terms and pricing. When i confirmed the order a 2nd time with the new pricing and terms, they jacked the price another 25% and said that the market conditions changed AGAIN! Within the same week?! So much wasted time and effort. They are either a scam or have no idea how to do business.]]></description>
