What we correct
We review requests about factual claims, product capabilities, pricing terms, ownership, integrations, screenshots, and source attribution. A preference for different wording or a higher score is not by itself a factual correction.
What to send
- The Review URL and the exact statement in question.
- The proposed correction and a current primary-source URL or document.
- Your relationship to the product or organization.
How requests are reviewed
We compare the request with the evidence behind the Review and, when needed, seek an additional primary source. Vendors may provide evidence, but they do not approve our wording, scores, or verdict. Corrections are never sold.
Public change notes
Material factual changes appear in the Review change notes with a date and concise description. Typographic, formatting, and non-substantive style edits may be corrected without a separate public entry. The last verified date records the evidence review date, not necessarily the date of every copy edit.
Editorial independence
Submitting a correction, claiming a vendor profile, or participating in the editorial process does not guarantee coverage or alter a score. Unsupported or unresolved claims remain omitted or explicitly qualified.
