Bombay Hair became total mess. After reading through kilos of reviews, it’s clear that this brand has really hit the bull’s eye. Even those who have been using extensions for years are annoyed. The hair is incredibly fine, dries so quickly and the curls don’t stay no matter what you do, they weep. One reviewer, an old hand in the industry, said it was the worst product he had ever tried compared to better known brands.
But the halo extensions are also a disaster — they’re thin, stringy and once they’re out of the packaging, you can’t return them. So you have to make do with something that looks and feels cheap. Other styling tools like the curling irons were also a disappointment. Some have even burst into flames when plugged in, leaving customers with faulty products and even worse customer service.
And as for customer service, it’s simply not sustainable. Customers complain about endless emails with no way to hold them accountable and a clause where you have no damages but you’re the one being billed. From faulty products that never arrived to new replacements that don’t even match the item you bought, it seems like the company’s support group is just playing things over instead of doing their job and helping you. When a loyal customer has relied on a certain level of service, delivery or experience with a brand for years, the betrayal is especially great when their trust is shattered by mediocre quality and constant inconvenience.

Came really quick and are good for the value of the price wouldn’t be something I’d wear every day but are lovely if u just want long hair for a night out clips are very comfortable wen clipped in to the hair will defo bye these again wen these ones are done.

The hair is beautiful considering it is synthetic an there’s plenty of hair in the set, however I have had problems with the hair falling out of the extensions which has already lead to some extensions becoming very thin.

i bought these on the off chance that they might be good at least if they wasnt then id only be losing a tenner but i was totally shocked there brilliant really shiny and in good condition after i have worn them quite alot! definatly worth the money! i wil be buying again.

These are great! Well made. Colour is spot on and the clips are really strong and hold very well.
The only problem I have is that I am terrible at putting them in. But that is not the products fault at all!

These are absolutely amazing for the price. You can use heat on them to straighten or curl. Great colour match and super fast delivery. Really cant rate them high enough.
