Responsive is a cloud-based strategic response management platform for seller-side teams handling RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, security questionnaires, proposals, and related information requests. Its workflow combines a content library, response projects, AI-assisted drafting, requirements analysis, assignments, reviews, and completed-package exports.

Guided Projects takes teams from request intake to completed response. It accepts .xlsx, .xls, .docx, and .pdf request files, captures metadata and deadlines, maps questions and sections, applies Content Library filters, and generates a first draft. Requirements Analysis adds go/no-go and fit analysis, compliance and responsibility matrices, and completeness checks.

Authors and reviewers can work by question or by section, using Any, All, or Sequential review routing. Exports support source files and templates in Word, PDF, PowerPoint, and Excel, while Office Online editing is available when enabled.

Responsive can prioritize content from the Content Library, past projects, and external sources using collection and tag filters. Supported AI workflows display inline citations and source excerpts from library entries, files, and external websites. Content governance includes owners, moderators, review cycles, metadata, privacy settings, tags, alerts, and ratings.

TRACE Score assesses the Trustworthy, Relevant, Accurate, Complete, and Explainable dimensions as a review aid. Citation markers are visible in view mode but do not remain in edited or exported answers, and AI output requires human review because it can be inaccurate or misleading.

Response teams can assign authors and reviewers, exchange comments and clarifications, track deadlines, receive notifications, and use routed approvals. My Work consolidates responses, reviews, tasks, and deadline activity.

Responsive includes 20+ native integrations and 75+ APIs. Named connections include Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, Teams, Slack, Google Drive, OneDrive, SharePoint, Box, Dropbox, Jira, Copilot, and MCP. Salesforce supports project association, metadata mapping, reporting, and response-package publishing. Availability can vary by edition and configuration.

Responsive is best suited for commercial seller-side teams that handle recurring, content-heavy RFPs, RFIs, sales proposals, security assessments, DDQs, and buyer questions. Relevant groups include proposal, sales, presales, marketing, InfoSec, IT, legal, compliance, and investor relations teams.

Emerging is aimed at early-stage teams with low to moderate RFP volume; Growth targets weekly volume and CRM-driven workflows; Enterprise serves global, multi-region operations that involve legal or compliance requirements. Bidhive adds public-sector bid and tender expertise in APAC, but dedicated U.S. government-portal, cost-volume, and formal government-compliance support is not established here.
