Define applicable accessibility requirements during planning and include them in market research, the solicitation, evaluation, demonstration, and the acceptance plan. Request product-specific documentation early enough to identify and investigate any gaps before making a selection.

Test critical tasks with the configured product, not just a generic supplier environment. Cover keyboard use, focus, labels, contrast, errors, documents, reports, and any role-specific workflow that matters to the buyer. Record defects, owners, due dates, and the acceptance criteria.
